So, you're interested in working for free, fetching coffee, making copies, and filing for hours in a back room for a few credit hours? If that's all you want, read no further. At Door Number 3, you may have to work a bit harder for that resume fodder, but you'll get your feet wet in every part of the agency experience (we think you'll probably have more fun, too).

What are we looking for in an intern?

An eager-to-learn, creative, responsible self-starter with a sense of humor. Must have knowledge of Macs, Internet research, and general computer skills. If you are a design student, please have experience with InDesign, Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator. Common sense is a huge plus. Preference is given towards advertising majors who are seeking the internship for school credit.

Some pluses: Flexible hours, fun atmosphere, family feel, sweet office, occasional breakfast tacos from Cisco's.

Potential negative: Non-paid
