Door Number 3 Gives Austin’s Humane Society a New LookRebranding Effort Designed to Educate and Help Raise Funds
Austin, TX (9.28.09) – Door Number 3 has launched an exciting rebranding campaign for the Austin Humane Society. A major component of the rebranding initiative is a new, elaborate website that will serve as an educational tool designed to drive adoptions, and increase the number of donors and volunteers. The new website will be unveiled in early November, just prior to the Society’s popular annual fundraiser, Rags to Wags, an exclusive pet fashion show that raised over $250,000 last year. For several months, Door Number 3 has been redeveloping the Austin Humane Society brand, honing the organization’s messages so the local community can further understand the Society’s goals, programs, and needs. Besides the website, and sharpening the Society’s messages, Door Number 3 is also creating a new logo for the organization and new collateral materials. The new logo will be finalized and made public during the Rags to Wags fundraiser. “The Austin Humane Society is the premier shelter in Central Texas, providing a lifetime commitment to their animals and animal lovers,” said Suzanne Kyba, Principal and Director of Account Services at Door Number 3. “The organization receives no financial assistance from any level of government. While the new website will first-and-foremost push pet adoptions, it will also be designed to make donations and volunteerism easy for individuals and local businesses, so that the Humane Society can continue to do the great, heartfelt work it does.” The 4th annual Rags to Wags fundraiser will take place on November 14 at the Hyatt Regency Austin.
