Brookfield Blanco Vista


One of North America's largest developers, Brookfield Residential, came to Door Number 3 needing to drive sales for Blanco Vista in San Marcos. Facing misperceptions that it was difficult to find, the master planned community was in need of branding that would resonate with the area and break the mold of the traditional cookie cutter subdivision. 



In-depth research and positioning exercises  yielded the tagline "Perfectly Placed" to highlight Blanco Vista's unique combination of convenience and seclusion. Branding combined with an integrated campaign that included broad-reach media, digital prospecting, social media content, website design, realtor events, builder outreach and on-site experiences strengthened the customer journey, from wayfinding to collateral. 



The rebranding of Blanco Vista led to higher conversions and a 25% increase in year-over-year on-site traffic. Additionally, two new builders have joined the Blanco Vista portfolio, turning a little-known community off I-35 into a thriving, masterfully planned community at the epicenter of America's hottest residential corridor.
