ShipWorks, a Stamps.com-owned company, offers high performance shipping software for high volume shippers. They’re a ‘middle porridge’ option for high-volume/warehouse (fulfillment center) e-commerce shippers of 500-10,000/mo. They came to us needing a creative campaign platform that positions them as approachable but robust, with support as a differentiator.

ANSWER

It’s right there in the name. The promise that every warehouse manager wants to hear: That it works. There are already so many things that can go wrong; pain points that have to be managed and endured — coordinating software with hardware, people with packages, new systems with old systems, all happening at breakneck speed where every second counts and lost pennies add up fast.
