Featured Career - Designer / Art Director

Door Number 3, a 19-year old East Austin ad agency, is looking for a talented Designer/Art Director to join our creative team. Candidates should have strong conceptual, design and typography skills. Have the ability to throw a winning headline in there and you’re golden. Can you embrace a creative brief and morph yourself into the client and target audience? Your job is to create and elevate engaging campaigns for a wide variety of B2C and B2B businesses and non-profits, often designing all communications touch points for strong brands, carrying projects from ideation through to completion. Would you like to mentor an intern or two? Lovely.


Projects include print, branding, collateral, web design, online, and TV. While pace is fast, and good time management and communications skills are essential, we also believe in a work/life balance so you can recharge your creative self.


5 plus years of professional experience preferred and you need to be able to work on Mac OS and have comprehensive knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of Flash and Dreamweaver equals bonus points. The ability to work collaboratively and independently is essential.
